SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGES
Estimated Delivery Date = Processing time + Shipping time
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 10 days.
- Shipping time: 7-14 business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
TRACKING
You're able to track your package every step of the way. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
SHIPPING FEE: shipping fee calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY ISSUES:1. Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us via support@darknailz.com. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your Dark Nailz orders.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If the product is defective, wrong or does not properly function as advertised, feel free to contact us via support@darknailz.com. We will try our best to meet your request.
3. Did not receive your product
If your delivery is delayed than expected, you do have the right to request a refund or a new replacement for that order. Simply contact us with our agent and provide your order information, we will assist you with the highest priority.
We ship your orders at various times because some products need more production time than other products. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next.

4. Returns & exchanges not accepted
🛠️ All items are handmade and custom-sized per your request.
📏 Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the item is:

Delivered incorrectly from the original design,

Damaged during shipping,

Not in the size or shape you requested.
But if you encounter any problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team — we’re happy to work with you to find the best solution. Just contact us!
5. Purchase NOT eligible for Return or Exchange
- Gift cards
- Non-defective Personalized Products
- Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, pet hair, smell, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received.
- Any merchandise that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
6. Refund
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
For Paypal Account: 48 hours.
For Credit card Account: 10-14 business days.
The exact length of time is dependent on your card issuing bank.
Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance.
7. Cancel (if applicable)
After making a purchase, customers have 24 hour to request cancellation. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
After that date, the item will be produced and we can’t support any further and We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
